Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and registered email address must be sent to the 3rd Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium of the Taiwan Society of Peripheral Interventions (TSPI) 2026 Secretariat by email at 2023tspi@gmail.com.
Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Secretariat by April 5, 2026 (inclusive) will be accepted, and registration fees will be refunded less an administrative fee of US$30 per person, per meeting. The refund, after deducting the administrative fee, will be processed after the Congress. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 5, 2026, or non-attendance at the Congress.
