Eligibility:

Submissions are welcome from experts, physicians, radiologic technologists, nurses, and professionals in related fields worldwide.

II. Submission Benefits

Presentation Opportunities:

Accepted abstracts will be invited for an oral presentation or poster display during the congress and will be published in the conference proceedings.

III. Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be written in English.

Format:

Word count: 300–500 words

The abstract must include the following sections:

• Title
• Author Affiliation(s)
• Background
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Originality:

Submitted abstracts must present original research and must not have been presented at any other major international academic conference, nor published in any journal.

IV. Important Dates

• Abstract submission deadline: March 1, 2026
• Notification of acceptance: March 16, 2026
• Check-in / Registration confirmation deadline: March 20, 2026
• Presenters of accepted abstracts must confirm attendance by March 20, 2026.

V. Review Process

All submitted abstracts will be anonymously reviewed by international experts invited by the organizer.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Innovation: 30%
• Scientific / Practical Significance: 40%
• Completeness: 30%

The organizer reserves the final right to determine abstract acceptance and program scheduling.
